Atlas St. Ventures (ASV) is a boutique family office advising, partnering, and funding founder operated or creditor controlled lower middle market service businesses across the Pacific Northwest. Our expertise is in succession planning, business transactions, and recapitalizations. ASV is not a passive investor. ASV commits capital directly to each partnership.

Selected businesses receive direct involvement from Atlas St. Ventures partners, working alongside existing operators before any outcome is set.

Capital comes from ASV directly. Willing to invite additional capital resources when applicable.
Effectively founded in 2018, by Peter Saladino and Marcus Charles, following a series of large successful exits in the cannabis space. ASV continued to grow after Peter’s subsequent Charter Construction’s sale.
Today, ASV is focused on investing its time and treasure on operating concerns in need of a fresh perspective.
